Acceptable Use Policy

• Use Booqiva for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, sanctioned or rights-infringing activity.
• Upload malware, payment-card secrets, illegal content or data you lack authority to process.
• Attempt unauthorised access, tenant isolation bypass, vulnerability exploitation or service disruption.
• Reverse engineer, scrape at abusive volume, resell unauthorised access or evade documented usage controls.
• Send unsolicited communications or use customer/workforce data contrary to applicable privacy and employment law.
• Use attendance images for facial recognition or continuous employee tracking through Booqiva.

We may investigate credible reports, require corrective action, restrict affected functions or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect people, data or the service. We aim to give notice and an opportunity to cure unless immediate action is required. Report abuse to support@booqiva.com.
